Melrose M.C.T. is expanded as Medium Chan Triglycerides, An oil which is used as a nutritional supplement in specific for sports and athletic people. 

Melrose M.C.T. is not the main source of nutrition and it should be taken in addition with a nutritious diet and appropriate to intake of fluid. Melrose M.C.T. can be taken with your protein shakes or used in cooking.

Ingredients of Melrose MCT: Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) are derived from Coconut Oil. Melrose MCT consists of food grade Caprylic (C8) 65% - 75% and Capric (C10) 25% - 35% acids with less than 0.5% C6 and less than 1% C12 esterified to pure glycerin.

Melrose MCT Directions: For Adults, one(1) teaspoon per day can be taken and a gradual increase up to 1 to 3 dessertspoons per day. This Melrose MCT product should be taken with food, because consuming on an empty stomach may cause nausea. Can be used in cooking, but should not be used in deep frying. 

Melrose MCT Caution: This Melrose MCT product is advised for occasional use only during periods of intensive exercises, such as by triathletes, marathoners and other endurance athletes. This Melrose MCT product is not subjected as a sole source of dietary fat since it contains no essential fatty acids. Use only in combination with healthful sources of dietary polyunsaturated vegetable oils such as Melrose Flaxseed, Canola, Safflower and Sunflower Oils. In case of Fail to use with vegetable oils may result in a deficiency of essential fatty acid. If you are in the experience of persistent nausea, diarrhea, abdominal cramps or other gastrointestinal discomforts, discontinue using. Consult a doctor before use if you have diabetes, cirrhosis, acidosis, ketosis or other liver problems.
