You are viewing a one-of-a-kind piece which I created for my personal collection. Accordingly, I have gone to great lengths to create museum quality pieces which would make for incredible conversation with friends and family.in fact my framer has been working with me for nearly 20 years and he is a perfectionist as I am.
After years of collecting, I decided to downsize playing golf on a regular basis and buy a home at the beach. The only downside of doing this was I no longer had the space to display my collection, so I have decided to liquidate these items and let someone else enjoy them at a fraction of their true value as opposed to continue to have them sit in a storage facility. The piece which you are viewing is assembled of 5x7 photographs individually signed which are from the film or series of significance.
 
My idea of  collecting was  always to build my own mini museum Rock n Roll Hall of Fame  or  Hard Rock (something of that nature) and frame my items in an awesome manner unfortunately my collection  over the years became  much larger then my home and the end result was that so many of my prized collectibles ended up in my storage facility rather than on my walls.
So I decided to sell the items which I can not enjoy and are just becoming an unnecessary additional cost in my storage facility.
I figured why not let another music aficionado enjoy my collection rather then just see them waist away in  my storage.
This is also why you will see that I have priced my items well below the fair market value.

I obtained all the signatures which I am offering for sale personally or an agent of my company, a friend or family member whom I witnessed obtained the signature(s) in my presence.

Will you include signing photo if one is posted ?

Yes, you will receive the original hard copy of the signing pic without the writing as posted here, as stated my items are one of a kind so I am happy to provide fellow collectors with the signing photo whenever they are available.

Why is this item so inexpensive ?

There are two very simple answers. #1 I rarely paid for my signatures as my hobby over the period of 40 years was to track down celebrities and have the marvelous feeling of the interaction and the accomplishment of having a unique experience compared to my friends and family.
#2 My collection has become overwhelming; I don't have the space to display and I would rather not waste my money on storage fees as my priorities have changed and I am certain other collectors will find much enjoyment from my Awesome collectibles. So, as we say it is a Win Win situation.
