This double-walled steel oven's interior has a fire blanket insulation to withstand the heat. Plus, it features extra-thick 11-milimeter cordierite for added durability! With its down-draft air induction system, this oven offers enhanced temperature management. You can easily add wood chunks or charcoal through the rear feeder to help give your delicious creations a wonderful smokey flavor!
