Tala Battenburg Cake Pan

Make a perfect Battenburg cake with the minimum of fuss with this innovative TALA Battenburg Cake Pan. Featuring three removable dividers, the battenburg cake tin allows you to bake four individual and identically sized cakes which can then be placed together and covered with marzipan to make the distinctive Battenburg cake design, either for a traditional Battenburg cake, or for your own unique creations. Made from an anodised aluminium for a superior heat conduction and even heat distribution, the TALA Battenburg Cake Pan features a special silver anodised coating to give an easy-release, easy to clean surface, saving you time and effort while protecting your cake corners.

With a fantastic reputation among bakers, both in the home and professionally, Tala baking tins are made in the UK to the highest standards combining traditional techniques with new innovations and creative considerations, with many processes performed by hand to ensure the best results. All of the Tala range are made from an anodised aluminium for greater heat distribution as well as ensuring that they remain rust, blister and peel-proof and giving them an easy release and easy to clean surface which actually improves with use, unlike normal non-stick coatings which may deteriorate over time.

Instructions:

1. Insert the outer walls together. These are the panels without tabs at the side. Insert short walls first with grooves pointing upwards

2. Insert the longer walls with the grooves pointing downwards

3. Once all four outer walls are assembled, insert the inner dividers. These will have the extra tabs at each ends of each panel

4. makes sure all panels are securely slotted together before use.

 

Silver anodised aluminium - for excellent heat distribution and easy cake release/removal and cleaning.
Oven and freezer safe.
Hand wash only - use warm soapy water. Light discolouration may occur after a few uses, this is normal and will form a patina coating which will improve the pan's 'non-stick' properties.
Rust, peel, and blister proof.
