WPPO's newest pro-series line is the perfect marriage of authentic wood-fired cooking and high-tech control. While its convection fan can circulate heat and reignite the flame with ease, the digital thermostat helps monitor both deck and air temperature. This oven comes in 3 sizes and features an eye-catching mosaic outer shell. This spacious oven will cook multiple dishes or pizzas to wood-fired perfection. This 40 in. oven has an electronic thermometer that accurately measures deck temperature, air temperature and includes a meat probe with a built-in electronic convection fan for consistent heat and a healthy fire. Interior size is 32 in. W x 28 in. D with a 17 in. W x 8.5 in. H door.
