To keep your dogs heart healthy and strong it is advised that you feed a species appropriate diet and provide an adequate amount of exercise. If you have a breed prone to heart problems, periodic check ups are advised. It is worthwhile eliminating heartworm disease if your dog is displaying any heart related symptoms. 

Proflax Healthy Heart is a premium 100% natural superfood supplement that contains 7 fantastic high strength active herbal tinctures; Hawthorn, Motherwort, Linden, Ginkgo, Astragalus, Yarrow and Liquorice. This blend will specifically support a healthy blood flow & blood pressure, support the arteries and aid respiration. It is a fabulous anti-oxidant.

The inclusion of flaxseed oil in this formula is important as omega-3 & 6 essential fatty acids are a necessary component of a dogs diet, but those in need of extra support of the heart will benefit hugely. Flaxseed oil contains a high level - 60% - of omega-3, which helps to support a healthy heart structure and function. It will also help to maintain good health of the reproductive system and support mobility & metabolism. The active herbal ingredients provide nutritional support.

Healthy Heart contains 4 adaptogens which are a unique class of herbs that help to keep the body healthy both physically and emotionally. The herbs in this formula have been selected by a holistic vet to work in complete balance for maximum efficacy. Visible health benefits can be seen in as little as 7 days in some dogs.

Feed 1ml to every 2kg of dogs weight with your dogs regular food once daily, or every other day depending on the level of support required. Shake well before every use and store in the fridge to maintain freshness.

Ideal for dogs that require extra support of the heart 

Not recommended for pregnant/nursing dogs or puppies under the age of 8 weeks old. Not to be used if your dog is known to be allergic/reactive to any of the ingredients listed or if your dog is taking blood thinning medication (anticoagulants) /blood modulators. Care should be taken if your dog is taking immune suppressants or beta blockers. We suggest that you check with your own vet if your dog is taking any medication as herbs can sometimes affect their absorption.

  • Astragalus: An adaptogenic herb that helps to maintain good energy and stamina, aids mental clarity, metabolism and healing. An effective diuretic. Supports the immune system and has anti-viral and anti-diabetic properties. 

  • Yarrow: Supports optimal digestion, appetite, and circulation. Supports liver function. Rich in vitamins A, C, E, F and K. Contains manganese, copper, potassium, iodine and iron.

Feeding guidelines:

Shake the bottle well and add to raw, wet or dry food. Feed according to your dogs needs.
