Research suggest that a hematinic formula using a amalgamation of folate, vitamin B12, and iron is superb to any formula using only one of these nutrients. Each nutrients of these is dependent upon the other for proper formation of red blood cell. Ferrasorb unites the two active forms of vitamin B12 – adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin – and the two active forms of folate – folinic acid and L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, with iron picolinate a well-absorbed form – for an exceptional hematinic product.
