    Promogran Matrix

    Promogran ist eine sterile, gefriergetrocknete Matrix aus 55% Kollagen und 45% ORC (oxidierte regenerierte Cellulose).Promogran unterstützt die Herstellung eines optimalen feuchten Wundmilieus.Promogran sorgt dafür, dass Wunden mit Heilungsverzögerung schneller, kosteneffektiver und mit weniger Schmerzen behandelt werden.

    Bei Vorliegen von Exsudat bildet die Protease-modulierende Matrix von Promogran ein weiches, anpassbares, biologisch abbaubares Gel. Dieses ermöglicht den Kontakt zu allen Bereichen der Wunde.

    Wirkungsweise:
    Kollagen/ORC reduziert nachweislich die Konzentration von Proteasen wie z.B. MMP und Elastase. Dies kann die Balance des Mikromilieus in der Wunde wiederherstellen und so die Granulation und den Wundverschluss fördern.

    Indikationen:
    Promogran Matrix ist angezeigt für die Behandlung aller sekundär heilenden Wunden, die frei von nekrotischem Gewebe sind, darunter:
