    Die Aktivkohle bindet Gerüche im Verband.Aktivkohle bindet Bakterien und Toxine, die den Heilungsprozess beeinträchtigen.Silber tötet die Bakterien im Verband ab.

    Dieser Verband ist ein Aktivkohleverband mit Silber, der in eine nicht verhaftende Nylonhülle eingeschlossen ist, die Gerüche nicht nur unterbindet, sondern aufgrund der Aktivkohle auch Bakterien und bakterielle Toxine im Verband bindet. Der Actisorb Silver 220 Verband ist in vitro gegen 150 Mikroorganismen wirksam, die mit Wundinfektionen in Verbindung gebracht werden, einschließlich MRSA und VRE. zeigt, dass der Verband eine effektive antimikrobielle Wirkung besitzt, ohne die Wirtszellen zu beschädigen oder die Proliferation von Fibroblasten zu verhindern. Der Actisorb Silver 220 Verband unterbindet unangenehme Gerüche und verbessert so das Wohlbefinden des Patienten.
