Fragrance Review

The syrupy dark brown juice of Black Afgano has a strong cedar and musk opening note. In the early stages of the aroma, there is also a faint whiff of woodsy cigarette smoke. Black Afgano's mid-stage of development has a dry, herbal-leafy accord accented with a sweet "sweaty" note that is the closest to smelling like marijuana or hashish. Next, the aroma briefly transitions to a weird, hairy musk as it dries down, after which Black Afgano turns vanillic-amber-like with a hint of patchouli.

Smoky, smooth, and deep; a mellow yet deep and distinct smell high—these are only a few of the scent qualities and all of the effects of the herb that Black Afgano is aimed to represent. The black-colored scent is an experiment on how to induce transient joy without experiencing any weird side effects.

An attractive oriental scent for males, Black Afgano, is "well-rounded" fragrance. The nose behind this fragrance is famous perfumer Alessandro Gualtieri who believes that the primary driving forces behind all human behavior and decision-making are our sensory experiences.
