This helps to match the oven temperature with the stone temperature, ensuring your pizza cooks evenly on the top and bottom. The dual-hinged lid is a patent pending design with a front-access pizza door to easily add and remove your masterpiece with minimal heat loss. When you're done cooking pizzas, flip the lid open for easy, full-access cleaning inside the oven.
