WPPO's newest pro-series line is the perfect marriage of authentic wood-fired cooking and high-tech control. While its convection fan can circulate heat and reignite the flame with ease, the digital thermostat helps monitor both deck and air temperature. This oven comes in 3 sizes and features an eye-catching mosaic outer shell. The largest of this professional series, the 48 in. digital wood-fired oven's only limitation is thechef's imagination. It's at home at brew pubs, wineries and the finest outdoor living spaces. This 48 in. oven has an electronic thermometer that accurately measures deck temperature, air temperature and includes a meat probe with a built-in electronic convection fan for consistent heat and a healthy fire. Interior size is 38 in. W x 34 in. D with a 17 in. W x 8.5 in. H door.
