Gibsons 2x500 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle - Edinburgh
This stunning multi-box 2x500 piece puzzle, illustrated by Elizabeth Blustin, features 2 iconic sites of Edinburgh city. The first is the curved Victoria Street, which was built between 1829-34 and is now one of the most photographed and loved spots in Edinburgh Old Town.
The second is the remarkable West Princes Street Gardens, situated in the middle of a World Heritage Site. The Gardens are set in the valley between the old and new towns with Edinburgh Castle towering above.
Be it winter or summer – both locations attract crowds of tourists and locals alike due to their rich history and beauty.
As with all Gibsons jigsaws, they use 100% recycled puzzle board and work with the best artists from all around the world. The beautifully illustrated pieces are designed to fit perfectly together; in fact, Gibsons use the thickest puzzle board of any manufacturer.
Gibsons have made some positive changes to their processes, so you can be sure you’re getting the same great puzzles and know they are kinder to the environment. They use biodegradable clear labels to secure the lid instead of shrink wrap, reducing plastic waste. Gibsons use vegetable-based inks too. The gloss coating on the box gives extra protection and the puzzle pieces are stored in a plastic bag that can be recycled by most councils.
Because the box is slightly smaller than previous designs, less room is needed to transport Gibsons products which reduces their carbon footprint and means you can store your puzzles more easily. They have also popped an artwork poster inside for you to reference whilst you piece together your lovely jigsaw puzzle.
