    HydroTac transparent und HydroTac transparent comfort

    HydroTac transparent und HydroTac transparent comfort sind sterile, transparente hydrozelluläre Gel-Verbände (mit oder ohne Kleberand) für den Einmalgebrauch, die aus einem hydratisiertem Polyurethan-Polymer mit Glycerin bestehen. Der Verband gibt Feuchtigkeit ab und nimmt eine geringe Menge Exsudat auf, wodurch für ein feuchtes Wundmilieu gesorgt wird. Durch den hohen Wassergehalt von etwa 60% wird die Wundheilung durch Stimulierung der Granulation und Epithelisierung gefördert. HydroTac transparent (comfort) ist transparent und ermöglicht einen atraumatischen Verbandwechsel. Bedingt durch die Transparenz ist eine Wundinspektion jederzeit und ohne Verbandabnahme möglich. Das Produkt ist mit einer semipermeablen Schicht überzogen, die das Eindringen von Bakterien verhindert.

    HydroTac transparent: Der Verband ohne Rand kann auf die gewünschte Größe zugeschnitten werden. Der Gel-Verband weist zu Beginn einen leichten Selbsthafteffekt auf für eine dauerhafte Fixierung muss jedoch ein geeigneter sekundärer Verband (z.B. Klebestreifen oder Binden) verwendet werden.HydroTac transparent comfort: ist eine Wundauflage mit einem hautfreundlichen umlaufenden Kleberand auf Polyacrylbasis. Zur Fixierung dieses Verbands sind keine weiteren Materialien erforderlich.

    Anwendung:
    Für die Langzeitbehandlung trockener oder gering sezernierender Wunden in der Granulations- und Epithelisierungsphase.
