Join Morningsun Herb Farm owner Rose Loveall, Soul Food Farm owner Alexis Koefoed and Homestead Design Collective owner  Stefani Bittner for a hands-on class on growing and using the most beautiful home grown flowers in your own garden.

Transform your garden into a beautiful, fragrant, and sustainable oasis with our Cut Flower Garden Design class! This hands-on workshop will teach you how to create a stunning garden that not only shines in your yard but also provides you with fresh, beautiful flowers to cut and arrange for your home.

What you’ll learn:

  • Designing a Cut Flower Garden: Learn how to design a garden that prioritizes beauty, practicality, and a continuous supply of blooms. We’ll guide you through the best layouts for easy harvesting and maximizing visual impact.

  • Choosing Plants for Palette & Fragrance: Explore a variety of flowers and plants to create a harmonious color palette that suits your style. We’ll discuss how to select flowers for both visual appeal and fragrance, ensuring your garden is a sensory delight.

  • Arranging & Caring for Cut Flowers: Learn the art of flower arrangement, from simple bouquets to more elaborate designs. We’ll also cover essential care tips for extending the life of your cut flowers and keeping your garden thriving all season long.

Whether you’re looking to add a cutting garden to your existing landscape or start from scratch, this class will give you the tools to grow your own fresh flowers and create beautiful arrangements to enjoy in your home. Join us for a fun, informative, and creative gardening experience!

This class will be held at Soul Food Farms in Vacaville

Wednesday, April 16th, 10AM-12:30PM.

Cost is $125.00

HOW TO REGISTER FOR WORKSHOPS

1. Please register early, workshops tend to fill up in advance of the scheduled day.

2. Pay in full when registering (including materials fees). We accept checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. IMPORTANT NOTE: We are happy to add your name to the sign-up list for any of our workshops. However, until we have received payment, you ARE NOT OFFICIALLY ENROLLED IN THE WORKSHOP. This means that as workshops sell out, and they often do, sign-ups who have not yet paid will be dropped from the list to make room for paying enrollees.

3. Payment can be made in person, by phone, AND NOW ONLINE!

4. Provide your name, address, phone number, and title of class when registering.

5. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required to receive a refund.

6. A $5.00 non-refundable fee will be retained on all cancellations.

7. Confirmation will be by phone, please provide when registering.
8. Class may be canceled if a minimum number of students is not met (for a full refund).
