    DracoHydro dünn
    Dünne hydrokolloide Wundauflage

    DracoHydro dünn ist eine dünne, sterile, hydrokolloide Wundauflage zum Schutz des Epithelgewebes chronischer und akuter Problemwunden. DracoHydro dünn ist geeignet für gering exsudierende Wunden sowie zur Prävention von Druckgeschwüren auf gesunder Haut. Exsudat wird in der hydrokolloiden Wundauflage gebunden, ein Verkleben mit der Wunde findet nicht statt. Dadurch ist ein schmerzfreier, atraumatischen Verbandwechsel gewährleistet. DracoHydro dünn ist ein wasserdichter Hydrokolloidverband (HCV) und kann auch beim Duschen oder Baden verwendet werden. Die Wundauflage ist transparent und ermöglicht eine verbandwechselfreie Kontrolle des Wundzustandes. DracoHydro dünn zeichnet sich durch hervorragende Modellierbarkeit und hohen Tragekomfort aus und ist auch zur Anwendung unter Kompression geeignet. Die Tragedauer kann abhängig von der Exsudatmenge 4 bis 6 Tage betragen.

    Anwendungsbereiche:
    Dekubitus, Ulcus cruris, Diabetisches Fußsyndrom, Schürfwunden, iatrogene Wunden, Verbrennungen bis zum 2. Grad.

    Wundumgebungshaut:
    Intakt.

    Wundstadien:
    Nekrose, Fibrinbelag.

    Wundheilungsphasen:
    Epithelisierungsphase.

    Tragedauer:
    4 - 6 Tage.

    Material:
    Gelbildende Polymere (u.a. Carboxymethylcellulose) aufgebracht auf eine semiokklusive Polyurethanfolie.
