Description

Specifically designed to be mobile and powerful, the Whynter ARC-148MS portable air conditioner can be easily setup in almost any indoor location and is often required in data closets / server rooms, bedrooms, classrooms, garages / workshops and other high-cooling demand settings.

This ARC-148MS portable air conditioner provides a powerful 14,000 BTU cooling output while maintaining a compact and portable profile.

Hassle-free operation
This unit features advanced self-evaporating technology, which uses and recycles moisture collected during the cooling process to produce cool air and minimize condensate build-up. It also features an auto-restart function which it automatically restarts on the previous settings after power outage. Additionally, the unit can also be programmed with a 24hr timer to activate or shut-off at preset times.

Cleaner and fresher air
This unit also features a separate dehumidifying mode that enables it to be used as a room dehumidifier as needed. An Activated Carbon Filter and SilverShield Washable Pre-Filter are equipped standard on this air conditioner to help keep the cooled air cleaner and fresher.

Useful features
Equipped with a remote control that can easily control the speed, temperature, timer and dehumidifier settings even from a distance, the Whynter ARC-148MS also comes with rolling casters that will allow you to move the portable air conditioner room to room.

Its programmable features, operating modes, and versatile design makes this unit a great option for keeping rooms up to 450 square feet cool and comfortable (ambient temperature and humidity may influence optimum performance).
