I went to the original Hard Rock restaurant in London as a child and thought the idea of guitars framed was so cool. I have been collecting signatures for my whole life and was always coming across musicians so I always made it a point to keep guitar pickguards on hand to get the signatures. Later I would either frame the autographed pickguard with a picture of the band or get a guitar and put the autographed pickguard on the guitar.

This was the beauty of living in Los Angeles where bands were constantly performing and recording not to mention doing videos. I can't tell you how many bands I came across such as you to The Rolling Stones, Creed, Dave Matthews Band, etcetera making a music video in downtown Los Angeles or the surrounding areas and I was always prepared to get their signature with these pickguards.

The pickguards which you see here come from my Personal Collection and you will receive the exact item pictured as it is the only one I have. These pickguards are the ones which I never got around to Framing and I no longer have the space on my walls to display them.

The beauty of these pick guards is you can put them on the guitar of your choice as long as it is a Stratocaster style, and then you will have a band signed guitar which you will end up saving a lot of money, compared to purchasing a signed guitar which would be more than $1000 , or if you just want to frame the pick guard by itself that also works with a photo of the band.

There are two very simple answers. #1 I rarely paid for my signatures as my hobby over the period of 40 years was to track down celebrities and have the marvelous feeling of the interaction and the accomplishment of having a unique experience compared to my friends and family.
